These Terms govern use of this website and the consulting services provided by Remi Consult 92 Ltd, UIC: BG205974358, Bulgaria.

Services We provide remote regulatory consulting services for property owners and investors in Bulgaria. Service details and pricing are available on our Services page.

Bookings & Payments All consultations are paid in advance at the time of booking via Stripe. A confirmation email is sent upon successful payment.
 

Cancellations Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable.

Nature of Services Our services are advisory in nature. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation. For legal matters, consult a licensed Bulgarian attorney.

Limitation of Liability We provide guidance based on current Bulgarian regulations. We cannot be held liable for decisions made based on our advice without verification of specific circumstances.

Governing Law Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are subject to Bulgarian court jurisdiction.
